We are also asking that you donate a $50 Value prize for the give-a-ways throughout the day. We will need you to complete this portion with what you would like us to speak on your behalf during the prize give a way. The entry will be given to Vendor Operator so that they can call and make contact on arrangements to pick up or deliver prize.

Setup: May 12 - 2pm-7pm or May 13 6am-8:45pm

Hours of event: May 13 9am-4pm

Clean Up: Vendors are responsible for their booth space during and after event. A $50 Deposit will be placed day of event, at check in and the $50 is returned after event inspection is complete. Which will be before you leave event.

Vendors Agree that their booth will remain up and active from the beginning of the event until the close of the event.

Agreement: The Fulton Valley Farms assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claims of arising out of participants’ acts of omission in or during the Mother’s Day Event
